VIDEO: Tree crew donates work to keep memorial alive

Jane Yost of West York donated a tree memorial in memory of her friend Char McAllister, an avid dog lover, at the York County SPCA. Bartlett Tree Experts offered to prune the eight trees–including Bradford pear and mountain ash–free of charge.
