VIDEO: Congress returns with no sign of a breakthrough on shutdown

On Saturday, Republicans and Democrats arrived at the Capitol, on the first full day of the government shutdown, to resume negotiations. However there was no indication of a quick resolution as each party blamed the crisis on the other. Republicans are accusing Democrats of prioritizing “illegal immigrants" over American citizens by insisting that protections for young immigrants facing deportation be included in any spending deal. Democrats say the situation is a product of President Donald Trump’s constantly shifting positions and chaotic leadership.
