Tips for driving in winter weather conditions.

The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for York County on Saturday, Dec. 9.

The advisory calls for 1 to 3 inches of snow between 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Reduced visibility and slippery road conditions are possible.

Craig Evanego, a State College-based meteorologist with the service, said the southern and eastern portions of York County should see the most accumulation.
