After a mild April with multiple 80-degree days, York County residents are being told they could see frost on the ground Tuesday morning.

The National Weather Service has issued a frost advisory from 2 a.m. to 8 a.m., with temperatures expected to hover in the low to mid-30s.

Frost could harm or kill tender vegetation, and potted plants should be taken indoors, according to the National Weather Service in State College.
