Hazardous weather outlook issued as rain could lead to flash floods
The National Weather Service is issuing a hazardous weather outlook for Central Pennsylvania for Thursday, stating there is an elevated risk for excessive rainfall this afternoon into early tonight, and torrential downpours may result in localized flash flooding.
Showers and thunderstorms are expected to continue for much of Thursday with a high near 85 and low around 66.
There is a slight chance of showers before 2 p.m. on Friday, which will otherwise be mostly sunny with a high near 81 and low around 62.
Saturday will be mostly sunny and partly cloudy with a high near 82 and low around 62.
