Spring Grove's Hodnett drives to sprint-car triumph at Susquehanna

Spring Grove’s Greg Hodnett won the 30-lap, sprint-car feature at Susquehanna Speedway on Thursday evening.

The win was worth $3,200 and was his second 410 sprint-car win of the season.

Hodnett started fourth and took the lead from pole-sitter Ryan Taylor on the 18th lap. Hodnett lost the lead to Danny Dietrich on the 22nd lap, but regained it on the 26th lap.

Dietrich finished second, with Lance Dewease, Taylor and Lucas Wolfe in the top five. Rounding out the top 10 were Brock Zearfoss, Brian Montieth, York’s Cory Haas, Dillsburg’s Anthony Macri and North Carolina invader Eric Riggins.
