SOFTBALL: Kennard-Dale beats Eastern York to finish perfect York-Adams Division III season

The Kennard-Dale Rams finished up a perfect York-Adams League Division III season on Tuesday with a 10-0 win over Eastern York.
The game was ended after six innings because of the 10-run rule.
The Rams finished 14-0 in league games and they're also 14-0 overall.
Alexis Hurley pitched a four-hit shutout, striking out nine without a walk. She also had two hits and an RBI at the plate.
The K-D hitting leaders were Maddie Miller (three hits, two doubles, three runs, two RBIs), Crystal Mullins (two hits, double, two RBIs, run) Jaedyn McKeon (two hits, double, two RBIs, two runs), Lexie Kopko (two hits, RBI) and Brooke Ashenfelter (triple, RBI, run).
Kelsey Felix and Morgan Winter tripled for Eastern, which fell to 11-5 overall and 9-4 in D-III.
Red Lion 8, Spring Grove 2: At Red Lion, Makenna Michaels pitched a complete-game five-hitter, allowing one earned run and striking out four. Hailey Inguanti (two homers, two RBIs, three runs), Elyssa Holmes (two hits, run), Hayley Taylor (two hits), Taylor Radziewicz (two RBIs, double, run) and Kaitlyn Collins (double, two RBIs) led the Lions' offense. Michaels also doubled. Hannah Shaffer had two doubles for Spring Grove, which fell to 12-6 overall and 10-4 in York-Adams Division I. Red Lion is 5-12 and 4-10.
York Suburban 15, Hanover 5 (6 innings): At Suburban, after falling behind 5-2 in the top of the fourth, the host Trojans responded with seven runs in the bottom half and never looked back. Aly Golden went 2 for 4 with a double, a run scored and four runs driven in for Suburban. Her teammate, Sarah Hartinger, also doubled while going 3 for 4 with two runs scored and three RBIs.
Susquehannock 9, Dover 1: At Dover, the Warriors scored at least one run in every inning but the third to cruise to victory. Anna Bryan recorded a single and a double in two at-bats, good enough for two runs scored and three driven in for the Warriors. Kendra Gemmill earned the win in the circle, going the distance while giving up one earned run on six hits. She also struck out four and walked three.
Lebanon 14, York Tech 10: At Spry, the Spartans slugged 14 hits, but still came up short. Alexis Leisenring (two hits, three RBIs), Josilin Bond (triple, double, two runs), Autumn Weaver (two hits, two RBIs, run), Jen Ruiz (two hits, two runs) and Alazaya Watts (two hits, double, two runs) paced the Tech attack.
