Susquehannock continued its unbeaten softball season on Thursday afternoon with a 9-4 triumph over visiting West York.

The Warriors improved to 8-0 overall and 6-0 in York-Adams Division II action.

Maddie Staub pitched a complete game to get the win, while also slugging a pair of doubles, including a three-run double in the third. Mallory Lebo, Lilly Yoakum and Megan Green also had two hits each for the Warriors. Green homered. West York got three hits from Jossalin Shipley, who also hurled a complete game on the mound.

OTHER SOFTBALL

Dallastown 16, Red Lion 6: At Red Lion, Jaelynn Harbold struck out three and didn’t allow a walk while collecting the win. Danielle Ludwig hit a double and a triple for Dallastown. Megan Teal hit a triple for Red Lion. Dallastown improved to 7-1 overall and 6-1 in York-Adams Division I.

Central York 10, New Oxford 0 (5 innings): At Central, Courtney Coppersmith and Briannah Dobson both knocked in two runs for the Panthers, while Coppersmith pitched a complete game, allowing just two New Oxford hits. Central York moved to 7-0 overall and 3-0 in York-Adams Division I.

Spring Grove 2, South Western 0: At Hanover, Julia Wivell led the Rockets by throwing a four-hit shutout, striking out seven and walking none. For the Mustangs, Gabby Newman and Alisha Kulka combined to throw a two-hitter.

Delone Catholic 3, York Tech 0: At McSherrystown, Cassie Rickrode tossed a three-hitter and struck out every batter in the Spartans' lineup at least once on her way to 13 Ks. Rickrode also had two hits and an RBI.

Littlestown 12, York Suburban 3: At Littlestown, Kaitlin Yealy and Mackenzie Somers each drove in three runs for the winning side. Yealy homered. Emily Myers and Alexis Jury each drove in a run for the Trojans, who fell to 6-1 overall and 4-1 in York-Adams Division III. Littlestown improved to 7-0 and 5-0.

Kennard-Dale 11, Bermudian Springs 0: At Fawn Grove, Alexis Valentine struck out five, walked one and gave up just three hits to get the win. K-D's Nicole McCleary went 2 for 4 with an RBI double.

Gettysburg 13, Northeastern 8: At Manchester, Taylor Mummert led the Warriors by going 3 for 5, including two doubles. For the Bobcats, Haley Updegraff had a homer and a triple and picked up two RBIs.

Hanover 16, York Catholic 1: At York Catholic, the Hawkettes rolled. No other details were available.
