Belle Bortner pitched a complete-game eight-hitter to lead Northeastern to an 8-4 softball victory at Red Lion on Tuesday afternoon.

Bortner struck out five and walked one.

Torie Knight had two triples for the Bobcats, while Sophia Noll and Shelly Dugan each doubled. Taylor Radziewicz homered for Red Lion, while Hailey Inguanti tripled.

West York 2, Spring Grove 1: At Spring Grove, Paige Weekly’s home run helped power the Bulldogs. Hannah Schievert struck out four and walked one to collect the win.

Dallastown 8, Dover 1: At Dallastown, Jaelynn Harbold struck out six and didn’t walk a batter to get the win. Melanie Grant hit a double and a triple for Dallastown. Dover got a double from Cierra Hockensmith and a triple from Nat Cutright.

Central York 14, Gettyburg 0 (5 innings): At Central, four different Central players drove in multiple runs, led by Cameryn Rothrock’s three-RBI performance. Gettysburg was held to just two hits by Panthers’ starter Courtney Coppersmith.

York Suburban 21, Biglerville 0 (3 innings): At Biglerville, Olivia Eytcheson, pitched three hitless, walkless innings to get the win. She fanned three. Susan Lloyd and Emily Myers each had three hits in Suburban's 17-hit attack. 

Littlestown 17, York Tech 1 (5 innings): At Spry, Littlestown scored 14 runs in the fourth and fifth innings to end their game vs. the Spartans early. Michaela Yealy roped a triple for Littlestown, while Emily Lanahan and Amanda Dyson both went 4 for 4.

Susquehannock 16, New Oxford 1: At New Oxford, the visitors cruised to victory. No other details were reported.
