Spring Grove 11, New Oxford 6: At New Oxford, Haley Norton led the Rockets by going 3-for-4, including a double, with three RBIs. Also for the Rockets, Julia Wivell went 2-for-4, including a double, with two runs scored; Kira Hull went 2-for-4 with two runs and two RBIs, while Alex Botts and Kasey Bentley each went 2-for-4. Lydia Harris went 2-for-5, including two runs and two stolen bases, while Laken Bankert went 1-for-2 with two RBIs and two stolen bases.
Dallastown 9, South Western 7: At Hanover, the Wildcats scored two runs in the sixth and seventh innings to overcome a two-run deficit and defeat the Mustangs. Dallastown launched three home runs, one each from Kayla Collins, Danielle Ludwig and Mel Grant. South Western's Kaitlyn Chell also hit a home run, a three-run shot that was part of her two-hit, four-RBI performance.
Biglerville 12, York County Tech 3: At York, Alli Sowers smacked four hits in five at-bats, including a double, to lead the Canners. Alexis Fournier was 2-for-4, pacing the Spartans.
West York 7, Gettysburg 5: At West York, Kayla Michael put in a solid dual effort to help the Bulldogs. Michael doubled with two RBIs and a run scored. She also scattered six hits and five runs over seven innings to pick up the win in the circle. Teammate Allison Ross was 2-for-2 with two runs scored and an RBI.
Kennard-Dale 7, Eastern York 1: At Kennard-Dale, Alexis Valentine shut down the Golden Knights from the circle, tossing seven innings, striking out 10 and giving up just three walks while scattering three hits. Rhiannon McGlone was 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI for the Rams. Eastern's Sierra Arnold was 2-for-2 with a double.
Central York 12, Red Lion 1: Kyla Caruso was 2-for-3 with three RBIs and two runs scored for the victorious Panthers. Kayla Resh hit two doubles, scored two runs and tossed five innings to get the win in the circle. She gave up one unearned run and three hits, while striking out nine and walking four.
York Suburban 8, Bermudian Springs 1: At Suburban, Olivia Eytcheson pitched five strong innings to get the win. She struck out seven without a walk. Freshman Sarah Hartinger pitched two innings in relief. Brooke Day (two hits, two runs, one RBI) and Jess Clancy (two hits, two runs scored) led the Suburban hitting attack.
Dover 4, Northeastern 2: At Northeastern, after both teams traded two runs in the second inning, a two-run third inning for the Eagles proved to be the difference. Taylor Lamparter tossed a complete game for Dover to earn the win. Alli Sweitzer pitched a complete game for Northeastern, but took the loss.
