Phillylacrosse.com names five York-Adams League players to All-Central/Northeast Pa. teams

- Four York-Adams League boys' players and one Y-A girls' player were honored.
Five York-Adams League players were honored recently when Phillylacrosse.com named its All-Central/Northeast Pennsylvania high school teams for 2018.

Four Y-A boys' athletes were recognized, along with one girls' player.
The local players honored were:
►Dominic Corto, York Suburban, sophomore attacker, second-team All-York-Adams League, 53 goals, 41 assists.
►Ethan Pickett, Dallastown, senior attacker, U.S. Lacrosse All-American, 68 goals, 30 assists, attending Pitt for academics.
►Cole Witman, York Catholic, junior midfielder, first-team All-York-Adams League, 79 goals, 58 assists, committed to play for Johns Hopkins.
►Kollin Vaught, Central York, senior face-off, get-off specialist, U.S. Lacrosse All-American, York-Adams Offensive Player of the Year, won 87 percent (300-of-345) of his face-offs and scored 17 goals, committed to Community College of Baltimore County-Essex.
►Megan Halczuk, Kennard-Dale, junior midfielder, U.S. Lacrosse All-American, York-Adams League Player of the Year, 88 goals, 50 assists, 194 draw controls, committed to Winthrop.
