ICE HOCKEY: Thomas Knapp's four-point game helps Central York rout Lampeter-Strasburg

Thomas Knapp had a goal and three assists to lead Central York to an 8-3 triumph over Lampeter-Strasburg on Monday night in a Central Penn Interscholastic Hockey League Rothrock Division game at York City Ice Arena.

Jacob Nagy (two goals, assist), Wesley Copenheaver (two goals, assist), Jordan Kline (goal, two assists) and Carter McCormack (two assists) also had multiple-point nights for the winners. Sean Barba and Gabriel Hue also scored Central goals. Carter Crebs made 16 saves to get the win in goal.

Second-place Central improved to 15-2. L-S fell to 6-10.

In another CPIHL Rothrock Division game on Monday, Susquehannock fell to Penn Manor, 9-2, at Lancaster Ice Rink.

Bennett Maronic had a goal and an assist for Suquehanncok. Donovan Appleby also scored a goal for Susquehannock.

Susquehannock fell to 1-14-3. Penn Manor improved to 9-5-1.
