Midway through the first period of Wednesday night's Central Penn Interscholastic Hockey League Tier 3 game, Susquehannock and Lampeter-Strasburg were tied, 1-1.

Then, over the course of the final 28 minutes, the Warriors (10-6-2) outscored L-S (2-15) 8-0, securing the 9-1 victory at York City Ice Arena, capping off their regular season in stylish fashion.

Nicolas Prego scored a hat trick for Susquehannock, while Kaden Glatfelter added two goals. Prego's three-goal night was part of a larger four-point performance, matching Elijah Emenheiser's four-point performance. Overall, nine different Warriors registered at least one point.

Susquehannock tied rival Central York/Dallastown with 22 points in the regular season, but will enter the Tier 3 playoffs as the No. 4 seed because of a lower winning percentage. The Warriors will wind up facing the league's top team, MSMCC, in the first round of the playoffs.
