The Central York Panthers remained perfect in York-Adams Division I golf action on Monday during a rainy afternoon at Bridgewater Golf Club.

The D-I match was shortened to nine holes because of the wet conditions.

Central finished with a 139 total on the par-33 layout. Dallastown was second at 147, followed by Spring Grove (159), New Oxford (165), Northeastern (187), South Western (196) and Red Lion (232).

Central's Jun Lee was individual medalist at 1-under-par 32. Spring Grove's Karl Frisk was second at 34, while Central's Carson Bacha, Dallastown's Michael DeRose and Dallastown's Gavin Harvey each shot 35. There were three golfers at 36: Central's Alex Gekas, New Oxford's Justin Gruver and Central's Cailey Roman.

Central is now 24-0 on the season, good for 72 points. Spring Grove is second at 17-7 (51 points), followed by Dallastown (16-8, 48 points) and New Oxford (15-9, 45 points).

FIELD HOCKEY

New Oxford 5, Spring Grove 0: At Spring Grove, Carrie Bair led the Colonials to the victory by scoring two goals and adding one assist. The Colonials' defense held the Rockets to two shots on goal. Spring Grove won the JV match, 2-0.

Central York 7, York Suburban 0: At Suburban, Kyra Heap (goal, three assists), Mikayla Sommer (goal, two assists) and Victoria Whitehead (two goals) led Central. Kaitlyn Merritt, Breann Craley and Abby Lamison also scored for Central, which had a 33-0 edge in shots. Natalie Fuhrman had 26 saves for Suburban.

Northeastern 1, Dover 0: Weslie Sebroski scored with six minutes left in the first half for the game's only score.

BOYS' SOCCER

York Suburban 3, Delone Catholic 0: At Suburban, Nate Bowman led the Trojans to the home victory by scoring one goal and adding one assist. Asa Williams and Parker Lando each scored one goal, while Trey Pridgen and Tomasz Ziminski each added one assist. The Trojans' defense held the Squires to one shot on goal.
