GIRLS' VOLLEYBALL: Susquehannock, Central York stay perfect in York-Adams division play

Susquehannock 3, Eastern York 0: At Glen Rock, the Warriors improved to 11-0 in York-Adams Division II with a 25-11, 25-7, 25-16 victory. Susquehannock can clinch the outright division title with a victory at second-place York Suburban on Monday night. On Thursday, Kelly Franz (25 assists, seven digs), Laura Savin (15 digs, 10 kills) and Karah Sweitzer (17 digs) paced Susquehannock. Eastern was led by Brooke Leese (10 kills), Liz Pyles (12 assists) and Katie Lehman (nine digs). Susquehannock won the JV match, 25-16, 12-25, 15-7.

Central York 3, New Oxford 1: At New Oxford, the Panthers won, 21-25, 25-18, 25-17, 25-12. Emily Poole led the Panthers with 20 kills. Also for Central, Emma Saxton had 47 assists and 10 digs, Allison Rife had 16 kills and Karah Slow had 18 digs. The Panthers improved to 10-0 in York-Adams Division I. Central won the JV match, 25-19, 25-18.

York Suburban 3, York High 0: At York High, the Trojans rolled 25-12, 25-8, 25-8 behind Jordan Landis (10 kills, six assists) and Ciara Buckingham (23 assists). Suburban improved to 10-2 overall and 9-2 in York-Adams Division II. Suburban also won the JV match, 25-8, 25-6.

Elizabethtown 3, Dallastown 0: At Dallastown, the Bears won the non-league match, 25-18, 25-15, 25-15. For the Wildcats, Kat Forry had 18 digs and four kills, Emma Mason had 21 assists, Tessa Myers had seven kills and three digs and A.J. Hale had 12 digs. Elizabethtown won the JV match, 25-22, 25-14.

Littlestown 3, York Catholic 0: At Littlestown, Hanna Riley notched nine kills, six digs and four aces in helping the hosts to a 25-22, 25-15, 25-19 victory. Littlestown's Emily Staub dished out 24 assists. Bella Kepner led York Catholic with six kills and teammate Brooke Ricks had 11 digs.

Bermudian Springs 3, York Tech 0: At York Springs, the Eagles got 10 kills from Madyson Whitcomb and 20 assists from Gabriella Emeigh as they cruised to a 25-18, 25-9, 25-9 victory. The Spartans were led by five kills from Judy Barton and 13 assists from Brooke Glass.

West York 3, Northeastern 0: At West York, a match-high nine kills from Marisa Krinock helped the hosts capture a 25-14, 26-24, 25-19 win. Northeastern got 14 assists, four digs, three aces and a kill from Alivia Crerand.

Red Lion 3, Dover 0: At Dover, Lindsey Blevins turned in a 14-kill, eight-dig, three-ace performance as the visitors secured a 25-15, 25-10, 25-12 victory. Dover was led by Abby Diehl's 15 assists and six digs.

Spring Grove 3, South Western 1: At South Western, the Rockets were able to take home a 25-14, 25-19, 21-25, 25-22 victory thanks in part to Autumn Leese's 16 kills. Laken Bankert had 23 digs defensively and Josie Attig dished out 34 assists for the Rockets. South Western was led by Tori Sager's 29 digs and 11 kills.

Hanover 3, Fairfield 0: At Fairfield, the Hostess rolled 25-15, 25-10, 25-12 behind Alex Merrell, who had six kills. Lexy Daley had six aces for Hanover. Fairfield won the JV match, 25-19, 25-21.

Kennard-Dale 3, Gettysburg 0: At Fawn Grove, the home team won three tight matches, 25-22, 25-23, 25-23. No other details were provided.
