The York Tech girls' volleyball team swept to a 26-24, 25-21, 25-11 victory over visiting Steel-High on Thursday, thanks to a team-high seven kills each from Kirstyn Evans and Judy Barton.
Barton also posted four blocks and a dig on defense. Evans had five digs and three aces.
The Rollers won the JV match, 25-16, 16-25, 15-11.
OTHER GIRLS' VOLLEYBALL
Susquehannock 3, Dover 0: At Glen Rock, Kelly Franz led the Warriors to the 25-19, 25-6, 25-16 victory with 23 assists, 13 digs, six aces and four kills. Also for the Warriors, Gabriella Ogude had seven kills, Karah Sweitzer had 12 digs and four aces and Tyler Williams had six kills. For Dover, Katie Kann had 11 assists, seven digs and three aces, while Chaya Hoffman had 10 digs and five kills. Susquehannock won the JV match, 25-15, 25-23.
Garden Spot 3, Red Lion 1: At New Holland, the Spartans won, 20-25, 25-15, 25-18, 25-22. For the Lions, Lindsey Blevins had 14 kills and three digs, Rachel Groff had 33 assists and three digs and Logan Dontell had eight kills, five blocks and three digs. Garden Spot won the JV match, 2-0.
