In an early York-Adams League showdown featuring a pair of reigning division champions, it was the Division I champ, Dallastown, that came out on top against Division II champion Susquehannock, 3-0, on Thursday, Sept. 7.

The two sides played to a scoreless first half, but Dallastown erupted for three second-half goals. 

Rebekah Dodson, Audrey Peri and Abby Kowalski scored for the Wildcats. Kowalski also had a pair of assists.

Dallastown had an 11-1 edge in shots. Emma DeLuca made eight saves in goal for Susquehannock.

Central York 6, Northeastern 0: At Central York, Kyra Heap scored two goals and added an assist to lead the Panthers. Bree Craley added  a goal and an assist for Central.The Panthers were able to hold the Bobcats without a shot on goal.

Spring Grove 2, Dover 0: At Spring Grove, Kiersten Snyder and Mackenzie Topper scored seven minutes apart in the first half. Spring Grove outshot Dover, 17-1, with Eagles' goalie Monica Eckenrode stopping 15 shots. The Rockets won the JV game, 3-2.

Spring Grove 3, Northeastern 0: In a game from Wednesday, Tori Weaver, Lauren Guise and Mackenzie Topper scored goals for the Rockets. Ashton Ball had four saves to get the win in goal.

Hanover 3, Kennard-Dale 0: At Fawn Grove, Avery Martz scored all three goals to lead the Hawkettes. Hanover outshout K-D, 11-9.

Littlestown 3, Eastern York 1: At Wrightsville, Kacie Frock scored both first-half goals for Littlestown, while Regan Schroeder had the goal in the second half. Eastern’s only tally came in the first half by Lauren Zimmerman. Littlestown won the JV game, 1-0.
