The D-II girls' title will be determined on Tuesday when Susquehannock is at Gettysburg. Gettysburg is 5-0 in the division, while Susquehannock is 4-1. Gettysburg has already clinched at least a share of the title.

In the Suburban girls' victory, the Trojans' Brooke Sargen set the course record at Susquehannock in 20:08, just 15 minutes after competing in a Suburban soccer game. She was followed by Nicole Dauberman and Sabreena Fahringer from Susquehannock. Suburban's Sarah Stark was fourth and Susquehannock's Abigail Fisher was fifth.

In the Gettysburg girls' win vs. K-D, the Warriors' Winter Oaster won the race in 20:34. K-D's Angelina Hammond was second, followed by Gettysburg's Marrin Crist, K-D's Charlotte Crowl and Gettysburg's Megan Hurst.
