BOYS' VOLLEYBALL: West York rolls, Eastern is swept


The West York boys' volleyball team cruised to a 25-13, 25-13, 25-14 victory over visiting Antietam on Thursday night.

Jacob May led the Bulldogs with 20 assists, four kills and five digs. Also for West York, Sam Lovelace had 11 kills and three assists, Drew Geller had seven aces and Ian Watson had six kills. West York won the JV match, 25-18, 21-25, 15-8.

In other boys' volleyball action at Wrightsville, Eastern York fell to Palmyra, 25-13, 25-13, 25-13. Gino Amato and Ryan Kalke led the Golden Knights with four kills and four digs. Teammate Greg Houck had eight assists. Eastern also dropped the JV match, 25-14, 19-25, 16-14.
