The Red Lion Christian girls' basketball team won the Pennsylvania Christian Athletic Conference championship on Saturday with a 39-16 triumph over Lebanon Christian.

Destiny Hollingshead led RLC with 14 points, while Allie Damiano added 10 points.

The Swordsmen earned their championship game berth with a 45-21 victory over Blue Mountain Christian on Friday. Damiano had 14 points in that game, while Hollingshead chipped in 12.

The RLC girls now advance to the Keystone Christian Education Association playoffs against Upper Bucks Christian at 6:30 p.m. Monday at Lebanon Christian Academy. At the same site at 5 p.m. Monday, West Chester Christian battles Canaan Christian Academy.

The winners of those two games will meet in the KCEA semifinals at 3:30 p.m. Friday at Upper Bucks Christian in Sellersville.

The RLC boys lost on Friday to Lebanon Christian, 60-39, and followed that on Saturday with a 43-26 loss to Heritage Christian. Robert Englestad had 15 points in Saturday's game and ‚Äč12 points on Friday.
