Dallastown clinched a tie for the York-Adams Division I field hockey title on Wednesday with a 2-0 victory at New Oxford.

The Wildcats improved to 9-2 in the division. They can clinch the outright title with a victory at Central York on Thursday.

It's the eight time since 2009 that Dallastown has earned at least a share of the Division I title.

Skyler Wilt led the Wildcats by picking up two assists. Lily Jaminson and Carsyn Gold each scored one goal. The Wildcats held the Colonials to two shots on goal.

York Suburban 3, West York 2: At West York, the Trojans received one goal apiece from Katie Wand, Roma Williams and Kiersten Daughtery.  For the Bulldogs, Allie Becker and Emma Tyndall each scored one goal, while Alyssa Narber picked up two assists.

FIELD HOCKEY

Dallastown 7, Northeastern 0: At Dallastown, the Wildcats cruised to the easy win. Dallastown, the York-Adams Division I champion, finished a perfect 13-0 in league action. Caroline Doll scored twice for the Wildcats. Sarah Baker, Nicole Crumling, Molly Lohss, Kiele Fullterton and Kaylee Frey also scored. Baker also had two assists, while Jen Crumling and Sophie Beeler each had one assist. Dallastown outshot Northeastern, 15-1. Alli Schindler had nine saves for Northeastern. In JV action, Dallastown beat York Country Day, 3-0.

South Western 1, Spring Grove 0: At Spring Grove, Lily Soullaird broke a scoreless tie when she found the back of the net at the 18:10 mark of the second half to clinch the victory. For the Rockets, Camille Lecrone made eight stops. South Western won the JV match, 4-0.

Kennard-Dale 6, Eastern York 1: At Fawn Grove, Morgan Bowings led the Rams by scoring two goals and adding two assists. Also for KD, Jenna Soukaseaum had one goal and two assists, Calie Swegon had two goals and one assist and Renee Gering scored one goal. Lauren Lisek made 10 stops in goal. For the Golden Knights, Holly Caldwell scored one goal, while Tia Judy added one assist.

Red Lion 12, Dover 0: At Red Lion, Jordan Sleeth led the Lions by scoring two goals and adding one assist. Gill Orwig and Kynslee Shephard each scored two goals, while Emily Gillmen, Amy Maciejewski and Jackie Golden each scored one goal and added one assist. Samantha Colliss, Marisa Bieler and Jena Everett each scored one goal, while Hayley Taylor added one assist. Red Lion won the JV match, 5-0.

VOLLEYBALL

Eastern York 3, Solanco 0: At Solanco, the Golden Knights won the non-league match, 25-18, 25-22, 25-9. Madi Anslow led the Golden Knights with three kills and four blocks. Also for Eastern, Natalie Grim had 16 digs, Brooke LaCesa had seven kills and three digs and Liz Pyles had five kills, 13 assists and seven aces. Eastern York won the JV match, 2-0.

York Tech 3, Harrisburg 0: At Spry, the Spartans won the non-league match, 28-26, 25-23, 25-20. Brooke Glass led the Spartans with seven aces, three kills and eight assists. Also for Tech, Brooke Zimmerman had seven kills, Kayli Shoff had 13 assists and five digs and Samirah Sutton had seven aces. Harrisburg won the JV match, 18-25, 25-7, 15-12.
