FIELD HOCKEY: Dallastown clinches tie for York-Adams Division I crown

Dallastown 2, South Western 0: At Dallastown, the Wildcats clinched at least a tie for the York-Adams Division I title with the victory. Dallastown improved to 16-1-0 overall and 12-1-0 in the division. They can clinch the outright crown with a win at Spring Grove on Thursday afternoon. On Tuesday, the Wildcats scored once in each half. Kaylee Frey and Jordan Bertok each scored unassisted goals for Dallastown. South Western's Jazmin Walker made 15 saves in goal. The Wildcats won the JV game, 1-0.

Central York 1, Red Lion 0: At Central, the Panthers got a goal by Greta Plappert at the 10:56 mark in the first overtime to defeat the Lions. Kali Menendez added an assist. Central goalie Abbie Timperio made six saves for the shutout, while Jena Everett also had six saves for Red Lion. Central improved to 14-4-0 overall and 10-3-0 in York-Adams Division I. Red Lion fell to 9-6-1 and 8-5-0. The Lions won the JV match, 1-0.

Susquehannock 8, Biglerville 0: At Glen Rock, Megan Green and Ellie Lindauer each scored twice for Susquehannock (12-2-0 overall), while Brook Morris, Julia McKenzie, Camryn Burk and Sarah Minacci also scored. Burk also added an assist. Biglerville goalie Madison Keller made 15 stops in goal.

Kennard-Dale 6, Delone Catholic 0: At Fawn Grove, Morgan Bowings had two second-half goals, while Calie Swegon, Bailey Sisler, Emmie Dressel and Kayla Young also scored for K-D. Bowings and Sisler each added an assist. Nicole Braun made 11 stops in goal for Delone. The Rams also won the JV game, winning 3-0.

Gettysburg 7, Fairfield 1: At Fairfield, the unbeaten Warriors (17-0-0) rolled behind Katelyn Gormley (three goals, assist), Kailey Mixell (two goals, assist), Madi Hirneisen (goal, assist) and Megan Miller (two assists).

Bermudian Springs 1, West York 0: At West York, MacKenzie Farley scored the only goal for the Eagles. Chloe Smith had five saves for West York.

Spring Grove 1, Dover 0: At Spring Grove, Morgan Hagerman's first-half goal held up as the difference. Camile Lecrone made two saves in goal for the Rockets.

New Oxford 6, Northeastern 1: At New Oxford, Bre Sauter and Kaelyn Long each scored two goals to lead the Colonials. For the Bobcats, Kendra Meyer scored the lone goal.
