Manchester's Mike Potts drives to Susquehanna victory
- Manchester’s Mike Potts won Saturday’s 30-lap street-stock race at Susquehanna Speedway.

Manchester’s Mike Potts, the 2016 track champion, won Saturday’s 30-lap street-stock championship race at Susquehanna Speedway.
Potts collected $1,000 for his victory.
Potts started seventh and took the lead from Paul Morgan near the mid-point of the race. Morgan finished second, with Joey Hoffer, Greg Diehl and Jim Palm in the top five.
Austin Bishop came from deep in the field to win the 600cc micro-sprint feature. However, Bishop’s team would not allow the post-race tech inspection and the win was turned over to second place-finisher Travis Scott, followed by Tyler Walton, Brad Weber, Hannah Riser and Caleb Shaw.
Track champion Alex Updegraff, of Newberrytown, won the extreme-stock championship event, besting race sponsor Donnie Broderick.
Ricky Weaver was the road warrior winner and Daryl Sipe won the minivan feature.
Port Royal cancels show: Officials at Port Royal Speedway decided to cancel Saturday’s program because of the predicted cold weather and high winds.
