The nationally-ranked York College lacrosse teams rolled to dominating Capital Athletic Conference wins over St. Mary's on Wednesday.
The Spartan men won at home, 17-3, while the Spartan women won at St. Mary's, 22-12.

York received a ceremonial goal from student-manager Cole Fenton, who used a hidden-ball trick with Hunter Davis for the opening goal, inspiring the entire Spartan bench to sprint off the sidelines to celebrate. Fenton was born with a rare condition limiting him from competing.
York's offensive leaders were Thomas Pfeiffer (three goals, two assists), Dillon Hannah (three goals), Jake Hvazda (two goals, one assist), Ryan Cook (one goal, two assists) and Liam Rattigan (goal, two assists).
The York women, ranked No. 7 in NCAA Division III, improved to 8-3 and 3-1, while St. Mary's dropped to 6-7 and 2-3.
Devin Hursey (two goals, school-record nine assists), Regan Cook (six goals, three assists), Kayleigh Phillips (five goals) and Skye Slater (three goals, assist) powered York.
Softball team gets loss, tie: The York softball team suffered a 10-9 loss and settled for a 2-2 tie on Wednesday in a nonleague softball doubleheader vs. Elizabethtown.
