Freshman Stahl is CAC Men's Swimmer of the Week: York College freshman swimmer Keven Stahl has been named the CAC Men's Swimmer of the Week.

Stahl made his Spartan debut a memorable one. The freshman picked up a trio of wins in the Spartans' victory at Salisbury. Stahl set three pool records.

Stahl began his day with a dominating win in the 800 freestyle, recording a time of 8 minutes, 28.97 seconds, besting the second-place finisher by just under 38 seconds. Stahl then cruised to a win in the 200 butterfly in 2:07.90, beating fellow Spartan freshman Kaelan Dowdall by just under seven seconds. Stahl closed out his day with a win in the 400 freestyle, touching the wall in 4:06.09. That time was good enough to win by more than 14 seconds.

Stahl owns the top time in the CAC in the 500 freestyle, the 200 fly and the 1,000 free. His 1,000 free time is 21.36 seconds in front of the next best swimmer.

DelViscio is Spartan Athlete of Week: Junior women's cross country runner Jess DelViscio has been named the Spartan Athlete of the Week.

DelViscio led the Spartan women's cross country team to a second consecutive CAC championship. She was York's top finisher in the championship race, placing third in 23:19.8. It was her highest finish in her three CAC championships. DelViscio is now a three-time first-team All-CAC selection. She finished fourth as a freshman to earn the league's rookie-of-the-year award and then placed sixth as a sophomore.

DelViscio and her Spartans will head to Carlisle on Saturday, Nov. 11, to compete in the NCAA Mideast Regional Championship.
