REPORT: Penn State, Duke to play in men's basketball


The Penn State men’s basketball team will take on Duke in the first round of the 2016 Hall of Fame Tip-Off Classic, according to a report by Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports on Monday.

The tournament will also feature a first-round match-up between Rhode Island and Cincinnati.

The dates of the games have yet to be announced. The tournament is played at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut.

The Nittany Lions, under head coach Patrick Chambers, went 16-16 last season, while Duke finished 25-11 after falling in the Sweet 16.
