Welington Dotel belted a two-run triple in the eighth inning to break open a 1-1 tie to help the York Revolution capture a 3-2 victory over the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs in Atlantic League baseball action in Waldorf, Maryland.

Dotel had three RBIs on the day, including a sacrifice fly in the sixth inning.

Alexi Casilla added two hits and a run scored for York.

Mitch Atkins gave the Revolution a stellar start, pitching six innings of two-hit shutout ball. He did not get a decision, however.

Robert Carson relieved Atkins in the bottom of the seventh and gave up a run to tie the game at 1-1. Dotel's big blow in the top of the eighth, however, made a winner of Carson (2-0).

Joe Van Meter pitched the bottom of the eighth and allowed a run before Junior Rincon came on for a perfect ninth to get his second save.

The Revs moved to 7-5 on the season.
