Wednesday night's Atlantic League All-Star Game was contested at TD Bank Ballpark, home of the Somerset Patriots.

Six York Revolution players were part of the game, representing the Freedom Division, which won the contest, 10-3, over the Liberty Division.

All six players from York had a hand in helping the Freedom Division capture the win.

Starting at the plate, outfielder Travis Witherspoon and catcher Isaias Tejeda earned starts and were placed at the top of the order. Both players went 2 for 3, with Witherspoon scoring twice and Tejeda scoring once and driving in a run, which happened to be Witherspoon.

Both players were replaced midway through the game in favor of their fellow Revs' teammates, Michael Burgess and Alonzo Harris. Harris went 1 for 2 with a run scored, while Burgess was 2 for 2 with two runs scored and an RBI. His RBI came on a double that plated Harris.

Relief pitchers Chase Huchingson and Brad Allen pitched back-to-back scoreless innings for the Freedom Division. Huchingson pitched the seventh inning and Allen entered for the eighth, with both men allowing a hit, but no damage.

The Atlantic League will resume play on Friday with a full slate of games. York will begin a three-game weekend series against the Bridgeport Bluefish on Friday at PeoplesBank Park, beginning at 6:30 p.m.
