Revs see their four-game winning streak snapped


The York Revolution's four-game winning streak came to an end on Monday night with an 8-7, rain-delayed loss to the Long Island Ducks at Peoples Bank Park.

The Revs dropped to 5-5 on the season and are a half game out of first place in the Atlantic League Freedom Division.

Both teams pounded out 14 hits in the slugfest.

Jose Constanza (three hits, two runs, RBI), Isaias Tejeda (three hits, two RBIs, run), Alonzo Harris (two hits, run), Joel Guzman (two hits, run) and Bryan Pounds (two hits, RBI, run) paced York's attack.

The two teams will square off again Tuesday night at PeoplesBank Park with a 6:30 p.m. start time.
