DeMark has already notched 20 saves for the Revs this year and boasts 38 strikeouts in 27 innings pitched and a 0.66 ERA. His 20 saves lead the league and are a Revs’ first-half record, already the third-highest total in a season in club history. DeMark held opponents without an earned run in his first 19 save opportunities.
Among the top 10 pitchers in franchise history for relief wins and saves, Gomez has been strong in his setup role this season, striking out 30 in 24 1/3 innings while posting a 1.47 ERA. The righty enjoyed a 16-appearance scoreless streak from May 15 through June 23.
In the first half of the 2016 season, Perez recorded his 1,000th career hit, his 500th hit with York and became the Revs' all-time leader in home runs, crushing a grand slam for his 60th long ball in a Revs uniform in Sunday’s victory over Lancaster. He’s batting .297 with 39 RBIs and eight home runs on the year and will make his franchise-record fourth Atlantic League All-Star Game appearance next week.
