The Wolves beat Vikings on Sunday, 7-3, to win the best-of-three, first-round playoff series, 2-1.
Vikings won the opener on Thursday, 5-2, before rallying to win Saturday, 3-0, and Sunday.
In Sunday's triumph, Mark Burnside pitched a complete-game, 128-pitch eight-hitter to get the win. He struck out seven and walked two.
Grant Hoover (two hits, double, two RBIs, run), Colby Smith (two hits, RBI), Jesse Sargen (two hits, RBI, run), Burnside (two hits) and John Mehring (double, run)led Mount Wolf's 12-hit attack.
Michael Santiago (two hits, two RBIs, run), Anthony Kahley (two hits, RBI) and Dillon Schwartzer (two hits, run) paced Vikings.
The two semifinal playoff series will start Thursday, with the pairings to be determined.
Jefferson swept its first-round Central League series over Manchester with a 5-1 win Thursday and a 7-1 win Saturday.

Stewartstown won the opener, 7-4, on Thursday, before Conrads evened up the series with a 2-0 win on Saturday.
Blake Kendrick got the complete-game win, allowing six hits. He struck out six and walked none.
Ryan McMillan belted a three-run homer in the first for Stewartstown. Jesse Brittain added two hits, including a double, with a run scored for the Vets.
Travis Hake had two hits, including a double, with a run scored for Conrads. Alex Weakland doubled and drove in a run for Conrads.
