The York Revolution will play host to 2018 D-III Mid-Atlantic Regional at PeoplesBank Park from Thursday through Monday.

Unfortunately, as of now, the forecast doesn't look promising, with at least an 80 percent chance of rain on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

The event was brought to York through the Sport York program of the the York County Convention & Visitors Bureau.

It will mark the third time that NCAA Division III postseason baseball will be held at the stadium — the first event was in 2015 and again in 2017. For the event, more than 600 participants, coaches, officials and spectators will stay in York County, generating more than $537,000 in economic benefits, according to the YCCVB.

The teams playing, by order of seeding, are: Rowan, Babson, Arcadia, Virginia Wesleyan, Misericordia, Union, Catholic and Castleton.
