The quarterfinal playoff series in the Susquehanna League have now been set.
The final piece fell into place on Tuesday, Aug. 1, when ninth-place Felton beat eighth-place Windsor in a play-in game at Windsor, 8-5.
That clinched Felton's spot in the best-of-three quarterfinal series, which start Thursday evening, Aug. 3. Felton (5-28) will take on regular-season champion East Prospect (24-8). Windsor finished at 10-23.
The Pistons were scheduled to take on Jacobus on Tuesday, Aug. 1, in the final regular-season game of the season. Jacobus, however, couldn't field enough players and was forced to forfeit. As a result, Jacobus fell into a second-place tie with Hallam in the final regular-season standings at 21-11. Hallam, however, got the No. 2 seed in the playoffs by virtue of beating Jacobus in three of their four regular-season meetings.
Hallam will battle No. 7 seed Conrads (12-20) in the quarterfinals, while Jacobus will take on No. 6 seed Red Lion (15-17). The other quarterfinal pits No. 4 seed York Township (19-13) against No. 5 seed Stewartstown (17-15).
The quarterfinal match-ups were reported incorrectly in a story in Tuesday's Dispatch sports section.
