Two Country Club of York golfers finished among the top 15 players at the 105th Pennsylvania Amateur Championship at Sunnehanna Country Club near Johnstown.
Dallastown High School graduate Brandon Knaub finished ninth, while Central York High School graduate Joe Parrini tied for 12th on the famous A.W. Tillinghast layout.
Knaub, a former pro who regained his amateur status, continued his steady improvement during the three-day tournament. After opening with a 2-over-par 72, Knaub followed with rounds of 70 and then 68 on Wednesday to finish at even-par 210.
Parrini, who is set to play his college golf at the University of Arizona, started strong with a 68, but followed it with rounds of 74 and 70 to finish at 212.
Royal Manchester Golf Links' Andrew Forjan failed to make the two-round cut after a pair of 77s. Forjan, a York Catholic High School graduate, plays for Rider University.
Connor Schmidt of Nemacolin Country Club in western Pennsylvania won the event at 7-under 203.
