The Pennsylvania Soccer Academy (PSA) recently announced that Rich Chilcoat has become the club’s first director of coaching.

Chilcoat joins PSA after successful stints as Penn State York’s head soccer coach and summer camp director. He's also been a club head coach, as well as the academy founder and director.

In his nearly 20 years coaching soccer in York County, Chilcoat has developed players earning 14 All-American and 30 all-conference honors in college, as well as 18 all-state, 78 all-conference and 16 MVPs in high school.

Joining Chilcoat as academy director will be Ashley Chilcoat. She is currently the assistant women’s soccer coach at Elizabethtown College, as well as captain of the Lancaster Inferno.

Ashley Chilcoat was a four-year starter at LaSalle University and a two-time MVP at Susquehannock High School.
