Eric Clarke

Latest bowling accomplishment: Rolled a 300 game and a 780 series at Colony Park North. It was his first career 300 game and his career-high series.

I started bowling: Five years ago at Lincolnway.

Bowler I have learned the most from: My father, Guy Clarke Sr.

Part of my game I’m working on improving: Picking up the 10-pin.

Best bowling advice I ever received: Follow through.

Bowling appeals to me because: I like trying to improve. Your average is a good indicator of your improvement.

Most non-bowlers don’t realize: That good bowlers have to know how to adjust to changing lane conditions.

York Dispatch Bowler of the Week: Marvin Garvick

Most memorable bowling moment: Rolling the 300 game and 780 series.

Advice I would give to someone just starting to bowl: Practice as much as you can.

Future goal: Roll an 800 series.
