Andrew Davis is enjoying a standout season on the York County Junior Golf Association tour.
On Monday, his season got even better.
Davis captured his third YCJGA Boys' 15-18 Blue Division title of the summer, cruising to a four-shot triumph at The Bridges Golf Club near Abbottstown.
The recent Eastern York High School graduate finished with a 2-under-par 70.
After winning his third YCJGA Blue Division title in five events, Davis now has a commanding lead in the season-long YCJGA Cup point standings. Davis has 77 points, while second-place Zach Dixon has 46 points.
Dixon finished second on Monday at The Bridges with a 74, followed by Michael Robinson at 77 and Luke Hoffnagle at 79. They were the only golfers to break 80 in the Blue Division.
Alex Lowder picked up her first YCJGA Girls' 18-and-Under Division crown with a 79 at The Bridges. Cailey Roman was second with a 90, while Taylor Pratte was third at 93.
William Gekas also collected his first YCJGA title of the season in the Boys' 15-18 White Division with a 75. That was six shots clear of second-place Devin Peart. Matthew Minkin was third at 82.
Karl Frisk was also a first-time winner in the Boys' 14-and-Under Division with an 80. That was eight shots better than runner-up Andrew Roberts. Alex Gekas was third at 91.
In the Nine-Hole A Division, Caden Blanchette was the winner with a 44. Jimmy Hook IV and Bradin Peart tied for second at 45.
The next YCJGA event is next Monday, July 18, at Regents' Glen Country Club.
