As a a result of the forfeiture, the best-of-5 series is now tied at 1-1.
East Prospect inadvertently used a player who was not playoff eligible and that was the reason for the forfeiture, according to Susquehanna League president Tim Poff.
The Pistons had won Game 1, 6-4, on Tuesday, and followed that by a 6-3 win on Thursday. Game 3 is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Saturday at East Prospect, followed by Game 4 on Sunday at Conrads. Game 5, if needed, is slated for 5:45 p.m. Tuesday at East Prospect.
