Visionaries are imaginative. They’re big picture-oriented, focused, present and open-minded. They inspire others to leadership. Sandra Harrison is all of that and so much more.

A dynamic personality, with an impressive professional background, Sandra has nearly four decades of management experience, culminating in the leadership and direction of a variety of business entities, including subsidized and market housing programs. She has gained the respect of lawyers, judges, social services and members of the community because of her judicious adherence to the rules, protocols, and requirements of the various courts she has worked with.

Sandra has the expertise and insight to improve the structure and productivity of the prothonotary’s office, with an eye on increasing accessibility to the residents of York County of limited means and resources who seek justice. She understands that community has an intrinsic role in sustaining an exceptional quality of life for all York County residents, and believes the way to get there is by working together to find the best possible outcomes for all.

In fact, Sandra’s signature campaign color, a vibrant purple, was chosen because it is a blend of blue and red, which represents her collaborative, compassionate and inclusive spirit and approach to working with all people. She is a true servant leader in her family, church and community.
