Prospect Hill Cemetery and Cremation Gardens would like to thank all the participants that came out to support our flag re-creation memorial for the 12th straight year. Participants helped place 2,682 flags in total to commemorate the ultimate sacrifice our American soldiers have made in Afghanistan. A special thanks to all the groups and community participants including: Patriot Guard Riders, U.S. Army Reserve 254th QM Co., York County Sherriff’s Department, York County Veterans Honor Guard, soloist Tonia Grubb, Pastor Jim Driskell, Phil Palandro, bagpiper Christine McEachern and all of our Gold Star families.

Thank you to our Prospect Hill Cemetery grounds crew team for their vigilant preparation and participation before, during and after the event.
