LETTER: Public service unions too costly

York Dispatch

I worked for a York-based company for 30 years and retired in 1996. For 20 years, I have not ever received a COLA (Cost of Living Adjustment) or any other form of increase in my pension.

Imagine just how sad that I am for those poor, dear souls that will not be getting a raise again this year.

FDR and JFK were both strongly opposed to public service workers unions and it easy to see why. They are helping to bankrupting this country.
