Interstate 83 south of York has reopened after a crash brought traffic to a standstill between the Leader Heights and Loganville exits.

The 7:44 a.m. crash on Monday, Aug. 7, closed both southbound lanes, according to PennDOT.

About 9:30 a.m., both lanes had reopened, according to state police.
