Sen. Toomey to visit York

U.S. Sen. Pat Toomey, who's seeking re-election this year, will be in Springettsbury Township on Wednesday.

At 12:30 p.m., he will visit the York County Republican Committee headquarters, 2453 Kingston Court, Suite 101, according to a news release from the committee.

The junior senator is expected to give a speech and will take questions from attendees.

Toomey will face Democratic challenger Katie McGinty in the Nov. 8 election.
