Sen. Scott Wagner will be holding a campaign rally Monday morning at Penn Waste in Manchester Township, according to his campaign Facebook page.

The Spring Garden Township businessman was the first Republican to officially declare for the 2018 gubernatorial race, hoping to knock off incumbent Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf, a fellow York County businessman.

The rally — which Wagner is describing as the beginning of a listening tour across Pennsylvania — will be held 10-11 a.m. at 3885 N. George St. Ext.

Attendance is free and open to the public, but pre-registration is required an Eventbrite page created by his campaign.

He will be holding a similar rally 6:30-7:30 p.m. in Lebanon County at The Weidler Farm.
