PHILADELPHIA – Family members of a woman shot and killed outside a Philadelphia bar are calling her death a road rage incident, and say the 23-year-old Penn State student called her father and grandfather to help her, and the two men were also shot.

Police say Dominique Oglesby went inside the Galaxy West Lounge just after 4 p.m. Sunday to order food and an argument “possibly ensued.” They say officers found Oglesby in the street, having been shot in the back, and a 42-year-old man and another man in his 60s shot and injured nearby.

Oglesby died at a hospital.

Her cousins tell WPVI-TV Oglesby was in her car outside the lounge when someone broke her car window and a fight broke out. They say she was set to graduate this spring.

No arrests have been made.
