Thirty-seven-year-old Christopher Novitzke, of Harrisburg, remains in the Dauphin County jail. He’s charged with indecent assault for his alleged actions in the lingerie store at the Colonial Park Mall on Aug. 22.

But he’s also charged with aggravated assault and attempted homicide for the police chase afterward, during which police say he made a U-turn and rammed a cruiser head on.

The responding officer was treated at a hospital and released for his crash injuries.

Police in Lower Paxton Township gave chase as Novitzke fled in a minivan.

Online court records don’t list an attorney for Novitzke who faces a hearing Sept. 19.
