LANCASTER — Police say at least two explosive devices were detonated in central Pennsylvania’s Lancaster County this week.

The first explosion was reported in a small wooden shack in Colerain Township at 2:30 a.m. Wednesday, while the second device exploded in a fruit stand in Strasburg Township between 11 p.m. Wednesday and 6:20 a.m. Thursday.

No one was hurt in the blasts. Both structures were damaged.

State police Trooper Samantha Minnucci tells that the devices appear similar. She says the remains of both devices have been sent to state police crime labs for testing. She says they were not pipe bombs or fireworks.
