BLOG: Watch 'Knowledge is Power' at 5:30 p.m.

It's been six years since I was last in front of a TV camera, but my freckled face will be back on the screen tonight on "Knowledge is Power."

Yourk Health. A look at the well-being of York County

I'm joining Wanda Miller at White Rose Community Television to talk about [Your]k Health and the different stories I've written about the York County community.

The show airs live from 5:30-6:30 p.m. on channels 16 and 18 (I'm not entirely sure which one is the exact one, so try both!) in 55 of York County's 72 municipalities for Comcast subscribers. You can also catch the live stream of the show on (Looking at you, Michigan friends!).

Honestly, I'm not sure what to expect as for specific topics. A lot of the things I've written about have been happy topics like paddle boarding and yoga and my emotional support animal.

However, I do know some of the issues I've written about have been kind of sensitive, such as sexual assaults and suicide, so the show might not be suitable for kids tonight if you haven't talked with them about those topics yet.

There's also the option to email questions for me to or to call in with questions at 717-846-5067.

I'm excited to join Miller on the show to talk about the health issues that effect York County! Tune in tonight at 5:30 p.m.
