BLOG: Best yard sale bets for July 15-16

Here we are in the middle of summer, and where are the yard sales? York County, that’s where! Check below for some of the best the area has to offer.

COMMUNITY YARD SALES

• East York: Crestwood East neighborhood yard sale will be held Thursday through Saturday. 24 plus homes will be participating.
• Red Lion: Forest Hills development  off Kenyan and Glenwood Courts on Friday and Saturday.
• Mount Wolf: Starview Mobile Home Park community will be held on Friday and Saturday starting at 8 a.m.
• Dallastown: 34th annual development yard sale is off a Route 74 on Friday and Saturday. Queen St. and Sunset Terrace. 

MULTI-FAMILY YARD SALES

• There is an estate/yard sale at 2720 Ironstone Hill Road Thursday through Sunday.
• If you are a collector of vintage items, this yard sale is for you. The yard sale is located at 830 Moonlight Drive in East York on Saturday only. It will feature a restored steamer trunk, vintage kitchen utensils, vintage books, vintage grinders, Playboy magazines, old photos and frames.
• In Manchester, there is a multi-family yard sale at 412 Maple St. on Friday and Saturday. They will have lots of cheap furniture, nice women's clothing, kids' clothing, toys and household items.
