Coroner IDs teenage boy who drowned Sunday at Lake Marburg

A teenage boy drowned Sunday while swimming with his family at Lake Marburg in Codorus State Park.

Junior Molina, 17, of Baltimore, was found in the water near the park service boathouse, at 1956 Dubs Church Road, about 7:40 p.m., and he was pronounced dead there, according to a news release from the York County Coroner’s Office.

Boat and scuba units first were dispatched to the park in Manheim Township about 4 p.m. Sunday.

There will be no autopsy, the release stated.
